Nancy E. Fortier Kingston, age 66, of Geneva, passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2020, in her home surrounded by her loved ones in Geneva, Ohio. She was born October 30, 1953 in Madison, OH to Cecil and Roberta (Brail) Fortier. Nancy worked and retired as a Retail Banker for WoodForest National Bank. She enjoyed in her spare time reading, crafting, canning, cooking and trying out new recipes, spending quality time with her siblings, writing handwritten letters to her grandchildren, and taking mini vacations trips to see her children and grandchildren. Her kindness, patience and unconditional love earned her the title “My favorite Aunt Nanny”, amongst all her nieces and nephews, and as Grandma Snow White to all her grandchildren. She was also a proud and honored parent of 2 active duty United States Navy Sailors, and 2 active duty United State Navy Spouses. She is survived by daughters, Bobbie Jo (William) McQuinley, Jackie Lanning (Jonathan); sons, Jeremy (Gayla) Kingston, Shawn Kingston; sisters, Bertha Clark, Lana Long, Kimberly Ann O’Neil, Rebecca Fortier; brothers, Lynn, Steven, Scott, and Dustin Fortier; and 12 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, David Fortier. The Family will hold a Celebration of Life Memorial Service at her home which will TBD at a later date . Guests are required to follow current pandemic guidelines, wear masks and practice social distancing. Behm Family Funeral Home of Geneva is assisting the family. Oh the memories we hold of you guys growing up with our boys. Remember the Bait Shop? Both Nancy & I knew about you guys extravagant spending. Nancy told me “you know Jo, kids will be kids”.
