Myron E. ?Bub? Henson, 79, a resident of the Cleveland area for 54 years, died at his home in Perry, on December 19, 2007 after a period of declining health. He was born on May 12, 1928 in Dabney, West Virginia. He graduated from Magnolia High School, Matewan, W.Va. and spent time working on gas pipelines in Kentucky, Ohio and Texas before moving to Cleveland in 1953. In Cleveland, he worked for Thompson Products (later Tapco Division of TRW) starting in the factory and advancing to production scheduling. He retired from TRW in 1986 from the position of property controller in the Colwell Lab. A voracious reader, he was interested in everything the human intellect has to offer. He enjoyed discussing politics, history and current events, and could talk to people on any level. His family was the most important thing in his life and he was at his best as a husband and father. He coached T-ball and softball while his older sons played, and spent much of his later years caring for his son, Jacob, who has muscular dystrophy. He was proud of his five grandsons and loved playing with them. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, the former Rosemary Sidoti, of Perry, sons Grant (Jennifer) of Westlake and Anthony (Emily) of Springdale, Arkansas, grandsons Garrett, Connor, Brady, Joe and David, brother Grant Henson of Hawaii, sisters Frances Yohman of Concord, Kathryn Mauer of Mentor, Shirley Mattox of Montoursville, Pennsylvania, and niece Mary Margaret Evans of Mentor. He was preceded in death by his parents, Grant and Pearl (Edwards) Henson, brothers Jack and Gary Henson, sister Nina Quisenberry, and son Jacob. Friends will be received from 10am to 12:00 noon on Saturday, December 22 at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio 44057 and the funeral service will be at noon on that day at the same location. Burial will be at Perry Cemetery. Donation in memory may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 300 East 185th Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44119
