Monta Jean Myers

Monta Jean Myers, age 82, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, May 13, 2021. She was born September 18, 1938 in Bergoo, WV. the daughter of Lonnie and Mary (Keener) Riffle. She worked for several years as a waitress at the American Legion Post 112 in Madison. Jeannie is survived by her husband, Ralph; sons, Leonard Dulcet and Roy Goff; grandchildren, Dana, Joann, Deborah, and Joe; great grandchildren, Julia, Hannah, Dennis, Tyler, and Austin; a great-great granddaughter; Mother, Mary Nuzum; brothers, Lonnie and Charles Riffle; step daughters, Sharon (Scott) Pretzeus, Carol Hixon, and Patricia Davis; daughter in law, Jane Goff and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, Lonnie L. Riffle; son, Glenn Goff; and daughter in law Virginia Barton. Friends will be received from 3:00 to 5:00pm on Sunday, May 16, 2021 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street in Madison. Funeral Service will take place at 1:00pm on Monday, May 17, 2021 at the funeral home. Burial will take place immediately following at North Madison Cemetery.
