Mildred Milkovits, age 90, of Madison, and formerly of Bath, Pennsylvania, passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2008 Rae-Ann Geneva in Geneva., She was born October 7, 1917 in New York City, New York to Marie (Hllavach) & Joseph Polivka. She is survived by Son, Stephen (Suzanne) Burk of Madison; Grandsons, Stephen M. Burk and Scott R. Burk, both of Geneva; 2 Great Grandchildren, Sarah and Allan; Sister Olga Bickford, of Ephrata, PA and Companion, John P. Milkovits, of Bath, PA She was preceded in death by her Parents, Marie (Hllavach) & Joseph Polivka; sister, Bernardin Filchner and brother, George Polivka Friends will be received 6-8 Thursday, May 15, 2008 at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio. Funeral Service will be 11:00 am Friday, May 16 at the funeral home. Final Resting Place will be in Fairview Cemetery in Madison.
