Donna I am so very sorry for your loss. I know what it’s like to lose both parents in such a short period of time. My mom passed in late Aug of 2017, and my dad passed in Jan of 2018. If there’s anything Jim and I can do, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Our sincere condolences.
I am so sad to hear that Mrs. Dennis passed, although I smile knowing she is now talking with our Lord.
To say that Mildred Dennis had a huge impact on my life would be a grand understatement. She was me teacher at Auburn Career Center and she opened up the world for me in teaching me public speaking, and giving me the confidence to approach the work world in the right way. Her teaching, care, love, and guidance has followed me from the time in her class and forward when I graduated in 1980.
I will miss her greatly – as will the thousands of students whose lives she touched.
“Well done, good and faithful servant.” My love and condolences to the family.

Today I had a note from Donna telling about Millie and James. Millie was my cousin. I did not know them well but loved the time they came to see us in Dallas. We would have been “best friends” if our lives had placed us closer. Sending sympathy to Donna and her brother..They were a very special couple! Much love, Janey Nash
