Born November 7, 1924 in Cleveland, Ohio to Veneta (Vitori) & Ottaviano Casciato He was a Purser for Matson Lines He received a Masters Degree in Philosophy from Kent State. Served in the U.S. Army, Member of the Merchant Marines. California State employee for many years. Avid Reader, Connoisseur of fine wines, World Traveler, Classical music buff. He could speak the English, Italian, Spanish Language; He was a refined & eloquent man, a Great Conversationalist and gentleman in every sense of the word.
