Michael C Schaeffer

Michael C. Schaeffer, Age 59, of Thompson, passed away Monday April 9, 2012 at Geauga Hospital. Born on November 16, 1952 in Conneaut, Ohio to Alma (Maki) and Leo A. Schaeffer; he married Tina Adorni on October 16, 1971. Michael was a member and had 43 year of active service with the IUEC Local 17. He was a former president of the Parish Council at St. Patrick's Church. He was a co-owner of Edmond's Elevator and "Do-Da" Construction. Michael was also a softball coach, enjoyed golfing and working in his yard. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am, on Saturday April 14, 2012 at St Patrick Parish, 16650 Rock Creek Rd., Thompson, Ohio 44086. Final Resting Place will be at St. Patrick's Cemetery in Thompson. Contributions requested to the Melanoma Awareness Fund through any US Bank branch.
