Melanie E. Boling

Melanie E. Boling, age 50, passed away peacefully on September 7, 2021 after a courageous battle with cancer. The simplest pleasures in life brought much happiness to Melanie. She loved quiet evenings with friends and a glass of wine, vacations on the beach and time spent with her fiancé, Earl. Family gatherings with Mel were always filled with love and laughter and most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her two sons, Ben and Jake. Melanie is survived by her children, Benjamin and Jacob Polansky, of Hudson, Ohio; her mother, Janice Luther; father, Wayne Boling (Karen); fiancé, Earl Mahoney; brother, Dan Boling (Rachel); sisters, Traci Anter (Dale), Rebecca Boling (Beans/Carlos/Charlie) and Natalie Boling (Aaron). A loving Aunt to Vince (Lisa), Brandon and Mikayla Anter, Spencer and Megan Boling, Donovan, Cory, and Trey Robertson; Kaylin Mahoney and not to be forgotten, her beloved dog, Wrigley. She also leaves behind a large family and many close friends. A Funeral Mass is scheduled for 11:00am on Friday, September 10, 2021 at St. Mary’s Church, 340 North Main Street, Hudson, Ohio 44236. Celebration of Life to immediately follow until 3pm at Hudson Springs Park, 7095 Stow Rd., Hudson, Ohio 44236. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Melanie’s life.
