Mary Louise (Sidley) Crocker, age 87, of Thompson, Ohio, passed away Saturday, August 3, 2013 at Tri-Point Medical Center in Concord Township. She was born May 17, 1926 in Painesville to Irma (Andrews) & James Sidley. She married Ralph W. H. Crocker in Amarillo, Texas on June 2, 1945.
Mary Louise had worked at Ledgemont Schools & Crandall IGA. She was a 1944 graduate of Thompson High School. Mary Louise enjoyed crocheting, and making cookies for her grandchildren. She put all her focus on her family and friends, and she will be dearly missed.
She is survived by Husband: Ralph W. H. Crocker of Thompson; daughters, Judith Ann (Ray) Kinnison of Tucson, AZ, Cynthia (Ralph) Hudnell of Thompson; sons, Dale Alan (Olga) Crocker of Kokomo, IN, Thomas James Crocker of Toledo; 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sisters, Dorothy Gates of Jefferson, Jackie (Richard) Loveland of Thompson, and Jeanette (Tom) Hejduk of N. Ridgeville and sister-in-law, Carol Sidley. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, James Sidley and brother-in-law, Lyle Gates.
Friends will be received 2-4 p.m. & 6-8 p.m., Thursday August 8, 2013 at The Behm Family Funeral Homes, 26 River Street, Madison, OH 44057. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Friday, August 9th at the funeral home. Rev. Tom Gruver of Thompson United Methodist Church will be officiating. Final Resting Place will be at Maple Grove Cemetery in Thompson.
