Mary J. Dahlquist

Mary J. Dahlquist, age 88, of Fairport Harbor, formerly of Madison, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at Cleveland Clinic. She was born June 4, 1927 in Donora, PA to Mary (nee Jackowski) and Vincent Starzenski. Mary loved working in the garden. She was a wonderful homemaker and gifted cook. Her warm and loving personality always made people feel comfortable. Mary was a talented artist who especially enjoyed working in ceramics. She is survived by two daughters, three step-daughters, five grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and two sisters. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and a sister. Friends will be received 9:00 – 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 27, 2015 at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, OH with a funeral service following at 11:00 a.m. Final Resting Place will be Fairview Cemetery, Madison, Ohio Memorials may be made in Mary's name to the American Heart Association and/or Hospice of the Western Reserve.
