Marija "Mary" Mantz

Marija “Mary” Mantz, age 89, of Euclid, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, November 23, 2020. She was born January 30, 1931 in Krsinji, Slovenia, the daughter of Karl Sr. and Marija Zeleznik.
Mary was a Certified Nurses Aid who worked for The Slovenian Home Skilled Care, Cleveland, Ohio, until the age of 85. She grew up in the hillsides of Slovenia till the age of 25. She was a witness/ survivor of World World II. She loved wine, all animals, cooking, farming and caring for ALL others. She enjoyed being with her family and always put others before herself. Her sense of humor and laughter will be greatly missed. Mary lived life to the fullest and never turned down new adventures that came her way.
She is survived by her daughters, Mary Lou Stone and Rose (Kevin) Journey; son, Jack Mantz; grandchildren, Ryan Stone, Michael (Tori) Marcysiak, Nicole (Chase) Oberfield, Timothy Stone Jr.; and great grandchildren, Mylo Marcysiak, Meko Marcysiak, Conrad Oberfield; her brother, Slauko Zeleznik
She was preceded in death by her parents, Karl Sr. (Marija) Zeleznik; her husband, Jacob Mantz.

Mary had over 20 fruit bearing trees over the years and 2 magnolia trees may this tree blossom over the years, your son Jack
