Margaret "Peg" Foresi

Margaret "Peg" Foresi, 88 years of age, of Perry, passed away on October 27, 2015 at the Geneva Village Nursing Home. She was born June 3, 1927 in Larksville, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Joseph and Helen (Tomecko) Dolansky.
Formerly of Barnesboro, Pennsylvania, Margaret resided in Perry since 1962. She was a 1945 class graduate of Barnesboro High School and was employed as a bookkeeper for G.C. Murphy Company for many years.
Active in the Perry community, she was a chapter member of St. Cyprian's Catholic Church, St. Cyprian's Ladies Guild and a member of the Perry Community Senior Center. Peg was a skilled hand crocheter at home and made many crochet items for family, friends, and especially for hospice use while a member of the senior center. She also enjoyed bingo and became one of the top Wii bowling players at the center.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her devoted husband, Renaldo Foresi, who she married on September 10, 1960 in Pennsylvania.
Margaret is survived by her two loving sons, Jerry of Perry and Ron (Cheryl) of Madison and granddaughter, Holly Malloy of Hawaii.
Peg will be missed by her many friends. She also leaves behind, her beloved in-laws, sisters-in-law, Mary (John) Platko, and Dolores (John) Tonelli; brother-in-law, James Foresi; and uncle, Raymond Malengo.
Mass of Christian Burial, officiated by Rev. George Kusy will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at St. Cyprian's Catholic Church, 4223 Middle Ridge Road in Perry, Ohio. A private burial will be held at Perry Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Cyprian's Catholic Church for the Memorial Garden Fund.
