Marcelle Parker

Marcelle Parker of Mentor-on-the-Lake passed away Saturday, July 12, 2014 at Lake West Medical Center. She was the daughter of Catherine & Joseph Rogowski and married Lynn H. Parker, whom she met when he was stationed in France. Marcelle had worked for T.J. Max in Willoughby. She enjoyed gardening, shopping, playing the lottery and fishing. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her daughters, Katherine Parker of Mentor-on-the-Lake & Leslie (Ronald) Skinner of Perry; grandchildren, Heather Mason, Richard Jankowski and Michael Jankowski; great-grandchildren, Alexander & Hayleigh; sisters, Bernadette Brown & Mickey (James) Dix. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lynn H. Parker in 1979; son, Steven Parker; parents and numerous brothers and sisters. Friends will be received 6-8 PM, Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at THE BEHM FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 26 River Street, Madison, OH 44057. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at the funeral home. Final resting place will be at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chesterland.
