M. Lucille "Lucy" Shahan

M. Lucille "Lucy" Shahan, age 82, of Geneva, Ohio, passed away Thursday, April 27, 2017 at UH Geauga Medical Center. She was born August 9, 1934 in Replete, WV to Nellie (Johnson) and Clarence Fisher. Lucille was a member of Geneva First United Methodist Church and Fraternal Order of Eagles. She enjoyed playing Bingo, canoeing, fishing and hunting. She is survived by her children, Karen (Anthony) Carcell of Geneva, OH, Michael (Rebecca) Shahan of Granite City, IL, Timothy (Doreen) Shahan of Hubbard, OH, Jeffrey (Dianne) Shahan of Jasper, GA ; grandchildren, Rebecca, Rachel, Jeffrey, Jennifer, Justin and Timothy; 5 great-grandchildren; brother, Rodney (Cheryl) Fisher of Grafton, WV; sisters, Kathryn (David) Shahan of Hacker Valley, WV, Patricia Clayman of Geneva, OH, Janice Fisher of Ashtabula, OH, and Pamela (Tim) Korrycki of Sparta, TN. She was preceded in death by daughter, Baby Girl Shahan; son, Charles Shahan; her parents; brothers, William, Wendall and Carldon; sister, Opal Ware; and companion, Sterling "Murph" Murphy. Friends will be received 6-8:00 p.m., Monday, May 1st, 2017 at The Behm Family Funeral Home 175 South Broadway, Geneva, OH. A Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 2nd, 2017 at the funeral home. Final resting place will be at Madison Memorial Cemetery.
