Luz Celenia Nieves

Luz Celenia Nieves, age 69, of Geneva, Ohio, passed away Sunday April 21, 2013 at her home. She was born September 8, 1943 in Barranquitas, Puerto Rico. Luz enjoyed spending time in her garden and tending to her beloved roses. A kind and caring person she was loved and will be missed by many. She is survived by daughters, Angelica (Ricardo) Rivera of Geneva and Carmen Ortiz of New Hampshire; sons, Carlo (Sandra) Ortiz of Puerto Rico, Vigilio (Gloria) Ortiz of Washington, D.C., Hector Ortiz of New Hampshire, Miguel Ortiz of Massachusetts; 16 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Friends will be received from 3-6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at Iglesia Pentecostal Church, 161 E. Main Street, Geneva. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 25th at Evergreen Cemetery on Eastwood Street in Geneva The Behm Family Funeral Home of Geneva is caring for the family.
