Lucy A. Lindquist, Age 86, of Geneva, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2009 University Hospitals Geneva Medical Center.
Born June 13, 1923 in Geneva, Ohio to Marie (DeGeorge) & Anthony Pasqualone she married William Eric Lindquist in Geneva, Ohio on January 13, 1945.
Owned her own restaurant, The Country Kitchen, as well as a cook at Margie's and No Name Cafe.
1943 Graduate of Geneva High School where she excelled in basketball. Lucy was well known in the Geneva area for her cooking and especially her homemade pies. Having worked as a cook, she made friends with everyone who patronized the restaurants where she worked and she loved cooking for her family.
She is survived by Daughter, Denise (Gary) Hook of Geneva, OH; Sons, James (Candace) Lindquist of Boynton Beach, FL & David (Susan) Lindquist of Geneva, OH; Grandchildren, Heidi, Jaime, Robin, Lindsey, Amie, Eric & Patrick; 9 Great Grandchildren; Sister, Amy Eaton of Geneva, OH and Brother, Mike (Norma) Pasqualone of Geneva, OH.
She was preceded in death by Her husband, William E. Lindquist in May 2009 and her Parents; and Brothers Ernie ?Soupy? & Ed Pasqualone
Friends will be received 2-4:00 pm and 7-8:00 pm Friday, September 18, 2009, at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 175 S. Broadway, Geneva, Ohio.
Funeral Service will be held at 8:00 p.m. for Lucy and her husband, Bill.
Final Resting Place will be at Maplewood Cemetery in Geneva.
