Born November 19, 1924 in Logan, W.VA. to Benjamin and Bertha Goodman; married David A. McCloskey on June 9, 1947 She was a hHomemaker and charter member of North Madison Bible Baptist Church. She loved cats and worked for a short time at the Lake County Humane Society. Lucille was a loving Mom and Grandma.
