Lois M. Eckerle

Lois M. Eckerle Age 87, of Madison, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2009 Lake East Hospital in Painesville, OH. Born January 28, 1922 in Ashtabula to Faith (King) & Harry Wellman, she married Ray Eckerle on November 23, 1941 in Madison. 1940 Graduate of Madison High School. She helped at her sister?s store, Jerry Faye?s in Madison Village. She enjoyed bowling, dancing, and word search puzzles and was a member of the Grapevine Club. Lois was very loving, caring and devoted to her family. She is survived by Daughter, Karen (Ray) Leitch of Madison; Grandson,Mike (Dianna) Leitch of Madison; Granddaughter, Pam (Todd) Osterberg of Geneva; Great-Grandchildren, Amanda & Christopher Leitch, Dustin & Dylan Osterberg. She was preceded in death by Husband, Ray Eckerle, Daughter, Linda Eckerle; Sisters, Olive Emmett & Jerry Patrick Dennis Friends will be received 10-11:00 am, Saturday, August 15, 2009, at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio. Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 am at the funeral Home. Final Resting Place will be at Fairview Cemetery in Madison.
