Lloyd E. Warner, age 77, died at Case Medical Center UH, on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 while surrounded by his loving family. A son of Ernest and Mary (nee Dodge) Warner, he was born January 29, 1937. Lloyd is survived by his loving wife of 55 years Albina "Al", his children Lori (Jeff) Anderson, Richard (Tamara) Warner, Pamela (Carl) Brockway, and Mary Beth (Denver) Hennessey; grandchildren, Steven and Michael Anderson, Holly, Briana, Christian, Victoria, Elizabet, and Matthew Warner, Andrew, Paige, Megan, and Evan Brockway, Joshua Warner, Pamela, Kathleen, and James Hennessey; siblings, Mary Lou Cheney, Paul (Ruth) Warner, Jeanne McKim, Pete Warner, Jackie (Jim) Wright, Alice (Harry) Bolaney (who is like a sister), and cousin Larry (June) Cartner. Lloyd attended Spencer School and joined the US Army in 1954. After an honorable discharge in 1957, he worked for Cornwell Tools as a salesman, True Temper Corp, and Geneva Rubber Company. He also owned and operated 3 Sunoco service stations in Madison in the early 1960's. He spent 45 years as a commercial truck driver for Eazor Express, Great American, and finished his career at Landstar where he received a "Million Mile Safe Driver" award. He also spent 11 years running a trucking agency for Landstar with his wife, Albina, and daughter, Lori. Lloyd was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Geneva. He was dedicated to his family, a devoted papa to his 16 grandchildren, and a faithful friend. He enjoyed working on and restoring cars, often helping others. Lloyd is preceded in death by his son Michael, parents, his brother David, and sister Cora Lee. Calling hours will be 4-7pm Sunday, January 4, 2015 at THE BEHM FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 175 South Broadway Rd., Geneva Ohio, 44041. Funeral service will be 1:30 pm Monday, January 5, 2015 at St. John's Lutheran Church, 811 South Broadway, Geneva Ohio, 44041. There will be 1 hour calling at St. John's Lutheran before the service. Final resting place will be Mount Pleasant cemetery in Geneva.
