Lisa Ann Percival

Lisa Ann Bailey Percival, 56, died on Friday, December 8th after a long battle with COPD, at her longtime home in Perry with her family at her side. Lisa was born September 20, 1961 in Ashtabula Ohio to Sue (Bailey) Schmaltz and Virgil Lee Bailey.
Lisa graduated from Lebanon High school, then went on to receive an associate degree in Criminal Justice from Lakeland Community College. She loved to create and make different crafts, cook for everyone, and spend time with her grandsons. She was a force to be reckoned with at times, but thats what was great about her.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, James Schmaltz. She leaves behind her husband of 27 years, Jeff Percival; and her two children, Staci (Nemeth) Percival, 33, of Cleveland and Lukas Percival, 27, of Painesville, her grandsons, Daniel Nemeth and Donovan Worsham. Lisa was also very close with her 3 sisters Johanna (Tom) Claypool, Kim (Rick) Ryel, and Terri (Shawn Taylor) Stillman; all from Ashtabula and brother, John (Trish) Schmaltz, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews that she loved very much.
Services will be held Saturday December 16, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. at Community Christian Church 370 Hale Road in Painesville with visitation to follow. There will be another small service at Paitsel Funeral Home in New Castle, Virginia on Saturday, January 6, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. She will be laid to rest at Craig Healing Spring Church at 1:00 p.m. following the service next to her father and other close family members who have preceded her in death.
