Linda Jane Walker

Linda Jane Walker, age 71 of Madison, passed away July 6, 2021 surrounded by her five loving daughters. After battling lung disease for many years, she is finally at peace. She was born January 27, 1950 in Painesville the daughter of Murray “Junior” and Iris (Payne) Ramsey. Linda was a dedicated homemaker that stayed home to raise her six children. She was a caring, strong woman who loved spending time with her large family and friends. She also enjoyed reading, cooking, long road trips and riding with her husband on their motorcycle. Linda leaves behind her daughters, Linnette Duncan, Tara Pohl, Kimberly (Brian) Brock, Laura Pohl and Christine Pohl; grandchildren, Zack, Madysen, Keegan, Dylan, Charlie, Landon and Laila; great-grandson, Braxton; mother, Iris Ramsey; sister, Sandy (Gary) Paine and brother, Steve (Alice) Ramsey and several nieces, nephews and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel “Bean” Walker; father, Murray Ramsey; brother, Tom Ramsey; and son, Johnny Pohl. A Memorial Service will be held in the fall at the Western Reserve National Cemetery. The Behm Family Funeral Home of Madison is assisting the family.
