Lawrence James Quickel, Jr. Age 53 Resident of Perry, Ohio Passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at his home in Perry. Born May 14, 1955 in Geneva, Ohio to Florence (Neil) & Lawrence J Quickel, Sr. He was a Supervisor at Deepwood Industries for 26 years, in the greenhouse for 17 of those years. He Operated Cardinal Oak Furniture in Perry for 18 years and enjoyed motoring in his classic car. He also enjoyed gardening, bird watching, deer hunting with his father and loved listening to hard rock music. He is survived by Wife of 30 years, Joyce Lynn (Reid) Quickel of Perry, OH 3 Daughters Cristine (Chad) Hine of Painesville, OH Jennifer Quickel of Ypsilanti, MI Caroline Hendy of London, KY 2 Sons Cary Hendy of Stow, OH Curtiss (Ellen) Birch of Montville, OH 7 Grandchildren Dorian, Tori, Ashley, Alex, Eric, Sadie & Andrew Sister Terri Lynn (Frank) Bartle of Umatilla, FL Father Lawrence J. (Mary) Quickel, Sr. of Madison He was preceded in death by Mother, Florence Quickel Friends will be received 2-4 and 7-9 Friday, May 8, 2009 at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio. Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 9, 2009, at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison. Rev. Robert Jeffries, of Augusta, West Virginia, will be officiating. Final Resting Place will be at Perry Cemetery in Perry.
