Larry L. Lillis, age 68, of Madison passed away Friday, September 24, 2021 at Metro Health Hospital. He was born October 13, 1952 in Cleveland the son of Lawrence and Mildred (White) Lillis. Larry enjoyed hunting, fishing, sports and working in the yard. He was a great listener and people always had the kindest words to say about him. He loved his family and his dogs. Each year he was known to play Santa Clause for family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Carol; sister, Kathy (Dale) Konrad; sisters-in-law, Linda Dottore and Wendi (Doug) Leppelmeier; brother-in-law, Stephen (Julie) Schulz; sister-in-law, Terri Schulz and many beloved nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law Bill Schulz. Friends will be received 4-7 pm Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street in Madison. A Celebration Service will be held at 7 pm on Wednesday at the funeral home. Private family burial will take place at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chesterland.   5. Carol, I’m so sorry to hear about this. I worked with Larry for a number of years and have so many fond memories! I always enjoyed hearing stories about the champion dogs, or fun fishing stories! Wonderful man gone far to soon. My condolences. RIP Larry.
