Larry A. Jarrett, Sr., age 73, of Thompson, Ohio, passed away Thursday, March 10, 2016 at Tri-Point Medical Center. He was born May 12, 1942 in Charlestown, West Virginia to Kenneth Ira and Hazel (Moore) Jarrett. He married Sharon Workman on March 12, 1977.
Larry was a Navy veteran and past president of the Chardon Eagles. He enjoyed traveling and was generous and giving to the community. Larry loved his family dearly.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Sharon; sons, Kevin Pitt, Larry Jarrett, Jr.; daughters, Laura (John) Jarrett-Ciresi, Kimberly Jarrett; grandchildren, Logan, Tom, Garrick, Ashleigh, Nicole, Jelli, Augustus, Nathan and Nicholas; great-grandchildren, Brayden, Gage, Angelina, Thomas Jr., Alaina, Geo; brother, John Jarrett; sister, Joanne Doyle. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Sue Haubner.
Friends will be received 1 4 p.m., Monday, March 14, 2016 at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio 44057. Final Resting Place will be Western Reserve Memorial Gardens.
