March 7, 1981 ~ January 29, 2018

Kevin Dorr, beloved son of Brian and Ruth Dorr, passed away on January 29, 2018. Kevin was born on March 7, 1981 and was a resident of Madison all his life. Kevin is survived by devoted parents Brian and Ruth, sisters Ashley and Meredith (Terry Kurtz), two loving grandmothers (Martha Dorr and Anna Wallace), many aunts, uncles and cousins, his favorite nieces and nephew, and dear friends. Kevin attended Broadening Abilities, a day program at Deepwood. He loved his daily bus ride and spending time there with his friends and with staff who he entertained with his great humor. He loved spending time with his family, music, looking at pictures with Dad. He always looked forward to dessert at dinner and watching TV in the evening with Mom and Dad. He also enjoyed seeing shows at Rabbit Run Theater in the summer, going to movies with Mom and friends and taking fall drives with Mom and getting a Pumpkin Pie Blizzard at DQ. Kevin had a loving twinkle in his eye when he was into his idea of playful mischief, and especially liked to be caught. His laughter and smile were contagious. He brought happiness wherever he went. Visitation will be at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St., Madison, Ohio 44057 Friday, February 2 from 5 - 8 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 8 p.m. Donations in memory of Kevin may be sent to Deepwood Industries in memory of Kevin Dorr, 8121 Deepwood Blvd, Mentor, OH 44060. Those funds will be used to help support the program that Kevin benefited from for over 30 years. Friends may leave condolences online at www.behmfuneral.com
