Kathryn A. Witt

Kathryn A. Witt, age 87 of Geneva, passed away Monday, January 14, 2019 at Austinburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born December 24, 1931 the daughter of the late Elza and Jennie Wolfe. Kathryn married Walter Witt on November 16, 1951. Kathryn was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Geneva. A Cosmetologist in her younger years she also worked as a Nurses Aid for several local nursing homes. A wonderful mom, she enjoyed cooking and baking for her family. She also enjoyed making crafts, sewing, and knitting. She also loved her pets. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Walter; son, Herbert; grandsons, Bryant D. Fasula and Dakota A. Witt. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter: Caroline; brothers: Charles, Ralph, and William Wolfe; sisters: Dorothy VanFleet, Betty Prezeracki, Irene Boggess, and many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 17, 2019 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 175 S. Broadway in Geneva. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 18, 2019 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 811 S. Broadway in Geneva where friends will be received from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Kathryn’s name to St. John's Lutheran Pre School. 811 S.
