Kathleen M. Waltz

Kathleen M. Waltz, age 94 of Madison, passed away Friday, June 9, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 9, 1929 in Portsmouth, England, the daughter of John and Esther (Perry) Joines. She married George Waltz in Portsmouth, England on June 13, 1945. Kathleen was a former member of the Jefferson Fire JETS. She enjoyed caring for her family and knitting. She also enjoyed flowers and gardening. She is survived by her daughters, Janet (Chris) Ernst, Karen (Marcus) Burns, Mary Westover; sons, Keith (Tina) Waltz, Kevin Waltz; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Waltz; daughters, Dianne Heinz and Susan Waltz, her parents; and 3 sisters. Friends will be received 11 am to 12 Noon Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St., Madison,. with a funeral service immediately following at 12 Noon.
