Katherine Passerell

Katherine Passerell, Age 92, of Madison, Ohio, passed away Sunday, September 14, 2008 at home. Born August 23, 1916 in Henry, West Virginia to Barbara (Kunisketi) and Charles Galius and married Carl Passerell on January 8, 1944 in Cleveland, Ohio. She lived in Davis, West Virginia as a child and in Cleveland before moving to Madison. During WW II she worked in the bomber plant as a ?Rosie the Riveter? where she met her husband, Carl. They moved to Madison in 1944 with Perfection Corporation. She loved to cook for her family and was a loving wife and mother. She is survived by 3 Daughters, Patricia (Michael) Stanton of Painesville, OH, Rose (Richard) Ringenbach of Montville, OH, Annette Passerell of Ashtabula, OH; 4 Sons, David (Diane) Passerell of Geneva, OH, Joseph (Marsha) Passerell of Perry, OH, Michael (Martha) Passerell of Saybrook, OH, Steven Passerell of Rock Creek, OH; 10 Grandchildren, Melissa Stanton, Richard (Ruth), Robert and Ronald (Dawn) Ringenbach, Christine (Sean) Corrigan, Jason (Rhonda), Kevin (Brianne), Paul, Adam and Olivia Passerell; 10 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Parents; Husband, Carl on August 10, 2000; Grandson, Matthew Passerell; Sisters, Anna, Eva, Mary and Barbara; Brothers, Adam, Pete, Tony, Charles and John. Friends will be received 2-4:00 p.m. and 7-9:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 16, 2008, at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio. Mass of Chrisitian Burial will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 17, 2008, at Immaculate Conception Church, 2847 Hubbard Road, Madison, Ohio. Final Resting Place will be in Fairview Cemetery, Madison.
