Katherine L. Pallant

Katherine L. Pallant, age 94, of Rock Creek, passed away Saturday, October 22, 2022 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 9, 1928 in Cleveland, to Charles and Martha (Miller) Steiner. She married Joseph R. Pallant. Katherine was a farmer’s wife. She worked for Pallant Farms as well as Harold Boudlers Farm Market, Mike’s Farmers Market, Heavenly Ham and Lake County Nursery. She enjoyed traveling with her husband and her daughter, Sue. She also enjoyed reading, growing and arranging dried flowers and doing craft shows. She is survived by her children, Susan (Bruce) deRidder, Joy, Judith, Thomas and Joann Pallant; 7 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great-grandchildren; and loving niece, nephew and extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her  husband, Joseph; her parents; sons, Harry Pallant, Richard Pallant; daughter-in-law, Denise Pallant; grandson, Anthony; and great-grandson Kyle Joseph. Family and Friends will be received 5-8 pm Monday, October 31, 2022 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 175 S. Broadway, Geneva. Service will take place at 11 am Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at the funeral home. Final Resting Place will be Alexander Harper Unionville Cemetery.
