June M. Cornell, Age 82, of Madison, Ohio, passed away Friday, January 7, 2011 Cardinal Woods Skilled Nursing And Rehab in Madison, OH. Born June 26, 1928 in Youngstown to Edna (James) & Joseph James, she married Lee B. Cornell in Youngstown on June, 13, 1953 June was a 1947 Graduate of Youngstown Rayen High School. She was a member of the Unionville United Church of Christ. June enjoyed bowling, all sports, playing cards and spending time with her grandchildren and great-granddaughter. She was an avid reader and as a VIP blood donor, June always took the opportunity to help others. She is survived by Husband, Lee B. Cornell of Madison; Daughters, Janet Lynn (Edward) Sency of Madison, OH & Julie Marie (Peter) Nicka of Burgettstown, PA; Son, Lee A. (Tami) Cornell of Madison, OH; Grandchildren, Nicholas Sency, Capt. Bradly Nicka, Caitlin Nicka, Jennifer Nicka, Eric Lee Cornell & Mariah Cornell; Great-Granddaughter, Alyssa Marie Sency; Sister, Ruth Zins of Poland, OH She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Ann Terpak & Mary Byrne; Brothers, Joseph, Stephen, David, Gomer, Raymond, William, & Richard James Friends will be received 2-4 and 7-9 pm, Monday, January 10, 2011, at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio. Funeral Service will be 11:00 am, Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at the funeral home with Rev. Larry Wade officiating. Final Resting Place will be at Alexander Harper Cemetery in Unionville.
