June L. Rosier

June L. Rosier, age 85, of Painesville passed away February 16, 2014 at Lake Med Nursing Home in Painesville. She was born March 31, 1928 in Painesville, the daughter of Hazel Bell (Gretton) and Frank Tobias Wheelock. She married William D. Rosier on December 24, 1952 in Geneva. June was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church in Painesville. She enjoyed reading, word search puzzles, and watching game shows on TV. June loved spending time with her family going to movies and shopping. She is survived by her daughter, Hazel Rosier; sons, William F. (Cynthia) Rosier, Robert E. (Julie) Rosier; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great grandchildren; brother, Larry (Marie) Wheelock; sisters, Jean Davidson, Laura Stillwell; and many, many nieces and nephews. June was preceded in death by her husband, William D. Rosier; siblings, Dorothy, David, Lester, Joyce, Lawrence, Robert and Richard. Friends will be received on Friday, February 21, 2014 from 4-6 p.m. at the Lakeside Baptist Church, 306 Fairport-Nursery Road, Painesville, OH 44077. A funeral service will follow at 6 p.m. with Pastor Arlie Von Spargur officiating. Graveside services will be held 10 a.m. on Saturday, February 22nd at Evergreen Cemetery in Painesville.
