Judy Csulik, age 94, passed away peacefully at Cardinal Woods Nursing Home in Madison on May 6, 2016.
She is survived by her niece, Karen (Gary) Hersman; great-nieces, Kelly Kailburn, Erin Jones, Megan Bahleda; great-nephew, Kevin Hammond; great-great-nephews, Jacob, Joshua, Jimmy, Brennan and Cameron.
Private family services are being observed.
The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St. Madison, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.

I am so very sorry for your loss, and mine. I re connected with Judy about a year or so ago. Her Brother John Csulik was my father. I found her thru Family search.org and very thankful that I did. She was a great lady. I have since moved, but can connect thru email.
