Judith Lett

Judith Lett, age 80 of Madison, passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2024 at UH Geneva Medical Center.  Born January 9, 1944 in Booneville, KY, she was the daughter of the late Ben Caudell and Helen McIntosh. She Married Ronald Lett on March 26, 1963 in New York.

Judy is survived by her loving husband, Ronald; son Mark Lett; grandchildren, Jessica (Jaime) Hernandez, John and Jason Gray, Rosie Lett, Crystal Freeman and Terri Freeman; great grandchildren, Haylee, Dalaynee, Lilyee, Jeffrey, Mia, Mya, Jaimie, Jocelyn, Jayce, Addie, Kylie, Ava, Camron, and Gia.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Lori Gray; and brother Bennie McIntosh.

A 1962 graduate of Perry High School, Judy had a generous compassionate heart, always giving to St. Jude’s Childrens Hospital and the Wounded Warrior Project.  Her home was the hub of activity and she was always welcoming friends and family and prepared for a good political debate. She enjoyed trips to the casino and family vacations.  Her family meant the world to her and her grandchildren loved her deeply.

Friends and Family will be received from 4:00 to 6:00pm on Friday, September 13, 2024 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street in Madison.  A Funeral Service will take place at 6:00pm at the funeral home.
