Judith A. Booth, age 76 of Madison, passed away Sunday, September 11, 2016 at Geauga Medical Center. Born March 12, 1940 in Painesville, she was the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Braddock) Zakrajsek. She married William Booth in February of 1961. Judie was a1958 graduate of Madison High School. She was the owner and operator of Chapel Florist in Madison for over 20 years. Judie enjoyed crocheting, baking, reading and spending time with her family. She is survived by her children, Sharla (Gary) Brown of Madison, Joe (Mike Becker) Booth of Cuyahoga Falls, Holly (Carl) Hinderer of Grafton, Brian Booth of Madison; grandchildren, Carl, Kelle, Brittney, Derek, Kyle, Adam, Hannah; and great-grandson, Benjamin. Judie was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Zakrajsek, her mother Mary Zakrajsek-Hensel, her step-father, Earl Hensel; and daughter, Carva Booth. Friends and family will be received, 5 8 p.m. Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, OH 44057. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, September 15, 2016 with nephew, Rick Kennison officiating. Final resting place will be Madison Memorial Cemetery.   3. Your Mom was a terrific lady. I used to go to buy myself one or two flowers whenever I felt low. Judy or Joe always fixed them so pretty and always made me feel special . We enjoyed talking about whatever crochet project we had going on. My thoughts and prayers go to her family.
