Judith A. Bolmeyer

Judith A. Bolmeyer, 84, of Madison, passed away Saturday, April 16, 2022. She was born June 6, 1937 in Harlan County, Kentucky, the daughter of Birdie (Jones) and Edward J. Lands. She married Raymond Bolmeyer in Toledo on January 3, 1959.
Judy worked as an LPN at Madison Healthcare when she retired in 1994. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were the joys of her life. Judy devoted her career to taking care of others and will be missed by so many whose lives she touched. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and Nana; an amazing sister, and a true friend.
She is survived by her daughter, Sarah Ontko; son, Jim Bolmeyer; grandchildren, Theresa Bolmeyer, Kate Bolmeyer, Lance Ontko, and Amy Ontko; great grandchild, Alexia Sherlock; brother, Sam Lands.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond; grandchild, James Bolmeyer Jr.; her parents; her sisters, Delores Edmonds and Doris Howard; and her brothers, David Lands and Lewis Lands.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers a donation to your local Hospice organization or charity of your choice be made in her name if possible.

My prayers are with Judy’s family. Judy was a great person that I worked with at nursing home. Gonna miss her.
I loved and still love Aunt Judy so much she was such an awesome lady, She always had a heart of gold, arms to hug you when you needed it and the love to give you. My heart is missing you but knowing that you are laughing in heaven makes my heart full ♥
