Juan E. Tapia II

Juan E. Tapia II, age 48 of Geneva, passed away Monday, March 17, 2014 at Geneva Village Rehabilitation Center. Born February 1, 1966 in Geneva he was the son of Juan and Nellie (Aliff) Tapia. A landscaper by trade Juan loved the outdoors and worked on the grounds at Normandy Village for years. He loved painting, cooking and poetry. He was also an avid fisherman. Juan is survived by his sons: JT (Bre) Tapia of Washington, Sean (Jessica) Tapia of Indiana; daughter Kaitlin Rosado of Geneva; 4 grandchildren; sisters: Molly Holmes of California and Anna Coats of Geneva; brothers: Paul and John Aliff both of Minerva, Frank (Tina), Alex (Carolyn), Mike (Sharon), Marco (Kim), and Adam Tapia all of Geneva; several nieces and nephews. Juan was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Bobby Aliff. Friends and Family will be received from 4:00 to 6:00pm on Thursday, March 20, 2014 at the BEHM FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 175 South Broadway in Geneva. A Memorial Service celebrating Juan's life will take place at 6:00pm.
