Joyce M. Tate Bell, age 84 passed away April 13, 2022 at Tripoint Medical Center. She was born January 26, 1938 in Painesville to Paul and Mary Kish. She retired as a manager from Joseph Horne Company.
Joyce was a fabulous cook and was always showcasing her wonderful Hungarian recipes. She was a true animal lover. She had many rabbits as pets and also adored her cats Katie and Dory. She was a selfless person with a “heart of gold” and always placed others first.
She leaves behind her children Earl (Penny) Tate, David Tate and Cindy Lamb; grandchildren, Brandon, Brittany, Gregory, Jerome (Missy); great-grandchildren, Lily, McKenzie, Parker, Remington, McKenzie, Katelyn, Lily, Lauren, Matthew, Annlyn, Justin; siblings, Jack (Diane) Kish, Robert Kish; Bonnie (Bob) Peternal. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Earl Tate and her second husband, Ford Bell; a grandchild, Karen; brothers Joseph and Robert Kish; sister-in-law, Sue Kish; and son-in-law, Glenn Lamb.
Friends will be received, 4-7 pm Thursday, April 21, 2022 at Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street in Madison. Graveside service will be 11 am Friday, April 22, 2022 at Madison Memorial Cemetery on Arcola Road.
