Joyce M. Hill

Joyce (Hoover) Hill, age 87, of Geneva, passed away Thursday, November 2, 2023 at Hospice of the Valley in Youngstown. She was born March 2, 1936. She married William H. Hill April 15, 1958. Joyce was one of 15 children and was an alumni of Geneva High School class of 1956. She was a woman of God and was a volunteer for Buckeye Baptist Builders and a Disaster Relief volunteer.  She was a wonderful seamstress and enjoyed doing puzzles, playing games and being with family. She is survived by her children, Heather (Phil) Kohler; grandchildren, Jacob (Aubrie) and Hannah Kohler, Kerrie and Katie Hill; great-grandchildren, Makyle and Malik; brother, Carl Hoover and sister, Judy Dodd. She was preceded in death by her husband, William; son, Thomas Hill; siblings, Eleanor, Peggy, Charlotte, Juanita, Shirley, Lucille, Helen, Jimmy, Evelyn, Barbara, Frank and Ralph. Friends will be received 10-11 am Monday, November 6, 2023 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 175 S. Broadway, Geneva with a Service immediately following at 11 am at the funeral home.  Officiating will be Pastor James Reiter. Final resting Place will be Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
