Joseph Steven. Allen, age 44, of Ashtabula, passed away Monday, January 23, 2023 at his home. He was born November 21, 1978 to James and Judy (Lakatos) Allen.
Joseph had a true heart for assisting the developmentally disabled. He was dedicated to the cause, volunteering for Special Olympics and coached quite a few teams along the way.
He is survived by his mother, Judy Allen; and brother, Eric Allen. He was preceded in death by his father, James Allen.
