Employed at Endicott Johnson Shoes as Director of Management Information Systems. U.S. Army Veteran of Vietnam, Member of Fraternal Order of Eagles in Geneva, Masonic Lodge in Geneva, the Scottish Rite in Cleveland and American Legion. He is survived by his wife Susan Louise Quinn of Madison; 5 Children Joseph Louis Quinn II of Madison, Danielle (Marcus) Rice of Virginia, Donna Wilmer of Virginia, Caren (Shawn) Humphrey of Madison & Carmen (David) Crysler of Claridon; 10 Grandchildren Kara, Joseph, Quin-tara, Johnny, Cory, Mark, Tyler, Shauna, Derrick 1 Sister Judith A. Kieffer of Zanesville; 2 Brothers Dale A. (Dianne) Quinn of Loganville, GA & Timothy B. (Shirley) Quinn of Monroe, GA. He was preceded in death by his Father, Joseph Louis Quinn, Sr; Mother, Alberta Fijala and his Brother, David L. Quinn. Friends will be received 6-9:00 pm, Monday, August 13th at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio Funeral Service will be 11:00am, Tuesday, August 14th at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio Rev.
