John W. Focht

ohn W. Focht,65, of Geneva passed away Monday, March 9, 2009 University Hospitals Geneva Medical Center in Geneva. Born June 23, 1943 in Conneaut to Thelma B. (Culver) & Alfred R. Focht, he married Constance Ernest in Conneaut, Ohio on August 29, 1985. Formerly was a Chemical Operator at Elco Corporation. 1961 Graduate of Conneaut High School. He served in the U.S. Air Force. He enjoyed doing Bible dramas and stories at church, gardening, fishing and working on the computer. He also operated Worms-A-Lure. He was a member of Here?s Hope Baptist Church. He is survived by Wife, Connie Focht of Geneva; Children, Patricia Dey Ermand, John W. Focht, Jr., Pauline Jensen, Amy Focht, Bonnie Schaff & Cathy Mollick. He was preceded in death by his parents. Celebration of Life will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 14 at the family home, 194 Ansel Road, Geneva, with Pastor Harry Shipley officiating. Arrangements are being handled by The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 175 S. Broadway, Geneva, OHIO 44041.
