John S. McCormick, Age 54, of Madison, Ohio, passed away Friday, December 18, 2009 at home. Born July 5, 1955 in Montreal, Canada, he married Rosanne Simor on March 15, 2004 . John wasthe Owner/Operator of JRM Distributors in Madison After attending Cornell University he played briefly for the Montreal Canadians Professional Hockey Team. He is survived by Wife: Rosanne McCormick of Madison; Daughter, Mackenzie McCormick of North Olmstead; Step-Sons, Mark (Kathy) Chmielewski of Willowick & Bob (Betsy) Chmielewski of Willoughby Hills; Grandchildren,Lilly & Josh Chmielewski; Mother, Patricia Ryan of Dorval, Quebec; Sisters, Joanne, Colleen & Brenda & Brother, Peter He was preceded in death by his father. A Celebration of Life will be held 4:00 pm, Monday, December 21, 2009 at 2644 Deer Run, Willoughby Hills, OH 44094.
