John S. Keith

John S. Keith, age 66 of Perry, passed away on Friday, November 23, 2018 at his home. Born August 6, 1952 in State College, PA, he was the son of the late Mackenzie and Mary Emma (Skavlem) Keith. He married Judy Sager on June 21, 1980 in Madison, the longest day of the year.
A graduate of Penn State University, John worked very hard as an Estate Caretaker for 28 years. He also specialized in Land Management for the Madison Country Club.
He is survived by his wife Judy; daughter: Rachel Marie Keith; grandson: Brody William Freeman; brother: Doug (Cindy) Keith; sister: Laurie Keith; mother-in-law: Mildred Jean Sager; sisters-in-law: Denise Sager, Linda (Allen) Squire, and Claire Keith; nephews: Bill, Justin and Mac; niece: Helena; and great-nephew: John. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Andy Keith and David Keith.
A Celebration of John’s Life will take place from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at the American Legion Post 112, 6671 Middle Ridge Road in Madison.

John was my friends father. He, without hesitation, would take us to “not so silent night” and stay until we were done ( falling asleep in the seats!!). He took us to PA to see his hometown and to many, many all day mall experiences. He was a great man to his daughter and I am sure that she has held those same values with her little guy 🙂 I am sorry I couldn't be there to celebrate John but I want Rachel and Judy to know that I am thankful I could say 'thanks and rest easy to John'. xo Jackie
