John Joseph Avsec passed away November 29, 2020. He was born August 14, 1936 in Fairport Harbor, Ohio to John Avsec Sr. and Jennie Zakrajsek.
John worked at Hubbell in Madison, Ohio for 41 years, where he also retired. He also lived and worked on his beloved family’s farm in Trumbull Township which was his first main love.
He is survived by his daughters Shelby and Sheila; and a son, John Drew; his grandchildren, Jennie (Nick) Rantamaki, Drew (Brianne) Avsec, and Jacob Avsec; his step great-grandchildren Stella and Wyatt Rantamaki; and his beloved great-grandson, Levi Rantamaki. A memorial service with immediate family will be held.

John always enjoyed his home in the country close to lovely trees and we really enjoyed spending time with him on holidays, birthdays, &Christmas.
