John D. Dakos

John D. Dakos, Age 81, of Madison, Ohio, Passed away Monday, January 31, 2011 TriPoint Medical Center. Born June 5, 1929 in Fairport Harbor to Margaret (Castle) & John D Dakos, he married Phyllis Turbok in Painesville, Ohio on June 5, 1954. Mr. Dakos was an Electronic Technician for Euclid Schools, retiring in 1995. He was a former employee at Diamond Shamrock and Lakeland Community College. Memberships and Affiliations: Mr. Dakos was also a veteran of the US Navy. He is survived by Wife, Phyllis Dakos of Madison; Son, John Dakos of Vacaville, CA; Grandson, Andrew; Son-in-law, Al Fabel of Rock Creek; Sisters, Marge Nosse of Madison, OHIO, Patty Cochran of Madison, OHIO, Priscilla Hanna of NC He was preceded in death by Daughter, Kathy Fabel and his parents Friends will be received 6-8 pm Thursday, February 3, 2011 at, the Behm Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, OHIO Funeral service will follow at 8:00 pm.
