Jocelyn E. Holtz, Age 87, of Geneva, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at her daughter?s home. Born October 3, 1923 in Shamburgh, PA , to Belle (Fogle) & Thomas Jefferson Rodgers she married James E. Holtz in 1942. She is survived by daughter Carolyn (Kenneth) Keck of Madison; Granddaughters, Tracey Keck of Madison & Alicia (Brian) Sterba of Ashtabula; Sister, Maxine Carlberg of Pittsburgh, PA; Brother, Frank (Betty) Rodgers of Titusville, PA; Sister-in-Law, Betty Sines of Titusville, PA; Brother-in-Law, Paul (Alice) Holtz of Fairfax, VA. She was preceded in death by husband, James; Parents; Sister, Marie Beason & Brother, William Rodgers Friends will be received 5-7 pm, Friday, November 5, 2010, at The Behm Family Funeral Home & Crematory, 175 South Broadway, Geneva, OH 44041.
