Joan M. Schwarz

Joan (Morley)Schwarz, 71, of Painesville passed away Thursday, August 7, 2008 at Hospice House of the Western Reserve in Cleveland. She was born May 12, 1937 in Cleveland to Marie Florence (Haekler) & Oliver Wilfred Morley and married Thomas Clarence Schwarz in Cleveland on October 8, 1960 She was a 1955 Graduate of Willoughby Union High School. She worked for several years as realtor and broker. She was a member of Women?s Auxiliary American Legion Post 112. Past President of the Welcome Wagon in Omaha, Nebraska. She loved studying family genealogy. Most of all she was proud of her 2 sons. Surviving Family: Husband, Thomas C. Schwarz; 2 Sons, Thomas M. (Lora) Schwarz of Wonder Lake, Illinois and Todd E. Schwarz, of New York, New York; 1 Grandson, Thomas James Schwarz of Wonder Lake, Illinois; Sister, Margorie Liikala of Concord, Ohio. Preceded in Death by: Her Parents Friends will be received: 2-5:00 p.m., Sunday, August 10, 2008, at The Behm family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 11, 2008, at the funeral home. Rev. William Alvey will be officiating. Final Resting Place will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Painesville, Ohio Contributions: Charity of one?s choice.
