Joan "Judy" Coberly

Joan "Judy" Coberly, age 63, of Thompson, Ohio, passed away Thursday, May 23, 2013 at home. She was born January 7, 1950 in East Cleveland, Ohio to Marguerite (Needa) and Joseph Pechota. She was the beloved wife of David N. Coberly. Joan grew up in Willoughby Hills. She was an accomplished artist. Joan was fun loving, she enjoyed dancing, sewing and quilting. She was a Christian and loved the Lord. She is survived by her husband, David of Thompson; daughter; Marty Conkic; son, Jimmy Sintex McDermott; stepbrothers, Nickie and Tommy. She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Mitch McDermott. Friends will be received 11-12 p.m. Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison. A funeral service will follow at 12 p.m. Rev. Lanny Coberly will officiate. Final Resting Place will be Maple Grove Cemetery, Thompson, OH.
