God gives you the strength to get through this sad and emotional time and as time passes the gaping hole in your hearts mends. You never get over the loss you just get used to it. 3. I am so sorry for your loss. Losing a loved one is one of the most difficult times for a family to go through. I hope you are comforted by the resurrection promise. At Acts 24:15 we are promised to see our loved ones again. Won't it be wondeful to see that time come true?
