Jeffrey Stuart Merz

Jeffrey Stuart Merz, age 65, of Geneva, passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at the Manor Home Health Care in Geneva. He was born December 20, 1956 in Ithaca, NY., the son of Stuart and Joan (Ahlgren) Merz. Jeffrey worked as a laborer for Ashcraft Industries and Creative Learning Workshop. He loved Elvis, movies, country music, arts and crafts and his family and good friends at Manor Home. He is survived by his sisters, Melinda Merz Gabarik, Wendy Merz Wells; nieces and nephews, Stephanie Gabarik Belcher, Samantha Gabarik Crowe, Matthew Jeffrey Wells and Kevin Nelson Wells; great-nieces and nephews and numerous favorite cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents. A memorial service will be held at Manor Home at a later date. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Jeffrey’s name to Manor Home, 246 North Broadway in Geneva. The Behm Family Funeral Home is assisting the family.
